then volunteering with Let's Talk Money CMA Connect could be for you.
You don’t have to be a money expert, just happy to have some training.
WORKSHOP FACILITATORS
We run Money Management Workshops across Brent.
As a facilitator, you’ll encourage participants to discuss their ideas and concerns about managing money well, and how to talk to friends and family about money, as well as showing them different tools to help them get more in control of their money and spending.
All workshop materials are provided, and you’ll get the support and training you need. A workshop takes half a day to deliver, with prep time as well. We’re flexible about how often and when you’d run workshops.
MONEY MENTORS
As a money mentor, you would meet people regularly (in person or over the phone) to help them start to manage their money better.
Each person might want something a little different. They might want your support and encouragement to contact organisations, or to make sense of their income, debts, and bills, or to put together a budget to manage their spending.
You could commit to as little as just over an hour a week, worked flexibly to fit in with your life.
